Fashion Show & Charity Gala

Over the weekend we were honored to outfit a dozen young models for the Junior League of San Jose's biennial Fashion Show & Gala featuring local designers and boutiques in the Bay Area. This year's theme did not disappoint. The gowns, the masks, the tuxedos. The Uber drivers did not know what hit them.  Hosted by local NBC and Telemundo talent, the show was highly entertaining. But I have to give it up for the DJ, the music and sound system were amazing, the crowd was pumped and the checks were flowing. Now can I get a drum roll please.... Our camera died *right* before the kids came on stage. Yep. So I crouched at the end of the runway...

Holiday Hot Cocoa Booth

Last year we set up a sweet family photo-op area at the shop--a Hot Cocoa Booth. It was last minute, we had no time to advertise, but it was such a hit for those walking by. Of course the Hot Cocoa Booth will be making a return in December before the Carol of Lights festival in Downtown Campbell. A Midsummer Night's Dream Baby Shower

First of all, can we talk about what a great theme this is? Combining rustic, natural decor and boho vibes with a splash of girly and glamorous. It really was like a dream. We pulled together just enough decor to add some "wow" to the natural beauty of the setting, and lots of small personalized touches for this special day. SEATINGBlankets and pillows on the grass made for a cozy, intimate setting, much more in-line with our theme than traditional rented tables and chairs. The guests settled right in and seemed to enjoy the novelty of this seating option even more than I'd expected. Summer Loving Party

This year we had a sweet summer kick off party celebrating the third anniversary of our grand opening in 2012. Sweet, fruity and yes, striped(!) props were the name of the day.
